It is a phenomenon that can have different forms of expression according to each case and which is essential to know them for a proper administration. It should not be forgotten that conflicts pass through the prism of the factor individuality, the system of people’s values, their differences and idiosyncrasies. People differ in terms of the importance granted to values such as freedom, pleasure, work, respect for self, honesty, obedience and equality practices, modes do anything, distribution of time, decoration are part of the culture of an entity and they can generate conflicts with another that owns cultural differences regarding this. Organizational conflicts are manageable, many times they are positive because they indicate that something is malfunctioning. Especially when is part of the workers. They invite you to consider how someone so expressed, that the person who works in an organization and shares its productive space with others, is determined by internal factors of personality, culture, education and knowledge of performance, functional expectations and the psychological contract. Also determined by external factors to the individual, which are those relating to the Organization and the resulting interaction working with others like him, such as pressures from peers for compliant behavior, pressures from the Chief, changes in technology, pressures of family, individual and different programs of training, environment conditions, and others own organizational life. The fact, that human behavior is extremely complex and should be taken to explain it briefly note that it is not possible to understand the relationships with and among persons without a minimum knowledge of its features as a Microsystem or subsystem within the great organizational system. It should be considered as an open system, with special capabilities for receiving inputs from the central system (understood as the Organization and their structural components), with intelligence and creative talent to transform this information and forces of income, in autonomous behaviors of particular benefit and towards the organization in general.
