Transportation In Guadalajara
PBLICO TRANSPORT IN GUADALAJARA Every city must have several factors that meet their inhabitants to be a habitable place and that there is entertainment establishments, recreation facilities, education establishments and others regardless of whether you have nowhere to live and other needs of inhabitants of that place. a Guadalajara, is a very important city in Mexico and is considered the second or third most important city in our country and as such complies with most of the requirements that a city must have to be habitable but unfortunately we lack something that is of paramount importance in a city and that is the public transportation. The most familiar as a means of transport is by car but for that tapatios have no problem since it is known that about 300 cars are added daily in road traffic of Guadalajara creating the traffic factor. Every day the traffic becomes heavier and heavier as it becomes a walk to a crawl creating conflicts within the movement of the city. Despite the number of cars that are daily in Guadalajara, there are many people without cars and that is where public transport goes.
Within the public transport are already known truck and bus transportation within which are the SYT (Services and Transportation of Jalisco AC), which has 31 routes, the company Sistecozome that are 87 routes, of Trucking Alliance of Jalisco has 66 routes and routes with 9 Tuts; Sistecozome for its part, has 48 electric trolley buses or buses that go into circulation and are three routes which cover the route 400 or Par Road Route 500 and Route 200. Trolley buses and trucks are the most widely used means of transport in Guadalajara because of the lack of efficiency of the subway or light rail because it only has two lines covering very little of what the city needs. He’s been campaigning under the name We want a subway in Guadalajara where you are asked to Government to extend the subway line it is a very useful means of transport within a city as seen in the cities of other countries like the United States or most European countries. The Metro or Siteur (Urban Light Rail System) includes within the line 1 has 19 stations running from north to south and Line 2 has 20 stations and runs east to west. On the other hand, is the Pre Train which is like the light rail and actually moves in their own lines only characterized by being a little greener with a platform for disabled people and 26 units.
It is waiting for the expansion of third metro line in Guadalajara but the February 29, 2008 was issued a new means of transport that will be the macro-bus or BRT and offers to be a great means of transport. The people behind the campaign want a metro in Guadalajara gave an analysis by the State of Nuevo Leon where they establish that although the initial investment of BRT is less expensive than extending the subway, meters in the future promises more things that Macrobus. What is sought with this campaign is the proposal of the meter as the best answer to the problem of transportation in Guadalajara and basically ask the government to do something for the city and its inhabitants. The important thing here is that the government not only start worrying if no action and implement their proposals for the improvement in the city, Guadalajara is growing continuously and not stop because of the inefficiency of their means of transport.
